These Terms govern your use of Plessage, a workspace for managing social media content, connected accounts, publishing, scheduling, analytics, and related features.

1. Using Plessage

You may use Plessage only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the rules of any third-party platform you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your workspace.

2. Connected platforms

Plessage lets you connect third-party services through their authorization systems. You choose which accounts to connect and which actions Plessage may perform. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, limits, and availability.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Plessage. You give Plessage the limited rights necessary to host, process, format, transmit, and publish that content only so we can provide the features you request.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Plessage to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse third-party APIs, or publish content you are not authorized to use.

5. Plans and paid features

Some Plessage features may be free and others may require a paid plan. Pricing, included features, billing periods, trials, and limits shown at the time you subscribe form part of your purchase terms. We may change plans or features prospectively.

6. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Plessage available and reliable, but features may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party APIs and platform policies. We may add, remove, or modify features as the service evolves.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Plessage, other users, connected platforms, or legal compliance, including for material violations of these Terms. You may stop using Plessage and disconnect your accounts at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Plessage is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular publishing outcomes, third-party platform availability, or continued access to any specific integration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plessage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, API restrictions, account actions taken by those platforms, or content submitted by users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the current version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
